Positive Mindset and Weight Loss
I saw some comments in forums like this “Where I can find a weight loss program that doesn’t have any psychological stuff in it”.
The reason I want to address this here is because psychology plays a major role in our eating habits.
Overeating or eating wrong foods can be caused by different reasons and one of them is related to a psychological aspect. We tend to eat more when we are stressed out or tired or didn’t get enough sleep at night.
